This policy explains how TraffAgent processes data when an authorized user connects a TikTok account to prepare or publish content.
After TikTok authorization, TraffAgent may receive the TikTok account's open identifier, display name, avatar URL, and OAuth access and refresh tokens. We store the identifiers and connection credentials necessary to keep the connection active. We do not receive or store TikTok passwords.
We use this data solely to identify the connected account, request TikTok APIs chosen by the user, upload or publish user-approved videos, refresh authorization, and maintain security and audit records.
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared with TikTok only when needed to perform an action requested by the connected account owner. Connection data is retained while the channel remains connected and is deleted when the user requests disconnection, except where a limited record is required for security or legal compliance.
We use access controls and server-side safeguards designed to protect connection credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
You can disconnect a TikTok channel and request deletion of its connection data by contacting the service administrator through TraffAgent.
